Artist Interview: Cory Bushore

Meet Cory Bushore

Q:  What inspires you about Bremerton?

A:  Bremerton is full of creative individuals. Between the mountains, forests and the water there's so much to feel inspired.

Q:  What drew you to your medium?

A:  I've always leaned towards being an illustrator and am comfortable with ink and watercolor and acrylic. I work as a gardener and carry pens with me to squeeze in little art pieces on breaks.

Q:  What is your favorite local spot?

A:  Been spending time at Ashley's Pub lately. It’s a great place in downtown Bremerton.

Q:  Where do you find inspiration? 

A:  I find inspiration in the outdoors or in my own imagination.

Q:  What does your perfect First Friday look like? 

A:  Perfect First Friday is where you meet another artist who triggers your own inspiration.  There's many different artists around that only pop up for First Friday.

Q:  Where can we find more of your art? 

A:  Currently I'm painting a mural at Ashley's Pub.
