Neighbors of the DBA is our monthly Community Meetings, open to everyone who lives, works, owns a business, or cares about Downtown Bremerton.
Formerly known as our Monthly Membership Meetings, these gatherings continue the same purpose — staying informed, getting involved, and connecting — but now reflect our updated, more inclusive approach.

We're a Main Street Community!
As a Main Street Community, beginning January 1, 2026, we now have additional resources and support systems for our local businesses and revitalization efforts. The DBA can help you navigate them.
One important resource is the Main Street Tax Credit Incentive Program which provides a Business & Occupation (B&O) or Public Utility tax (PUT) credit for private contributions given to eligible downtown organizations.

We're more than just a community events planner!
The Downtown Bremerton Association is the driving force behind the revitalization and vibrancy of our city’s downtown core. We are dedicated to shaping a thriving, welcoming, and resilient downtown. From advocating for Quincy Square to become a car-free zone on weekends, working with building owners to address the storefront vacancies, to pushing for our community to be designated as a Washington State Main Street Community!
In partnership with the City of Bremerton, the DBA manages Quincy Square, ensuring the heart of downtown remains active and alive with music, culture, and energy all year long. From organizing beloved community events like Trick-or-Treat Street and Winter Fest, to supporting small business growth and beautification projects, the DBA plays a hands-on role in making Downtown Bremerton a destination worth visiting and a community worth investing in.
Our success comes from our supporters, donors, sponsors, and volunteers. When you get involved with DBA, you’re not just joining an organization, you’re joining a network of like-minded community builders dedicated to a more dynamic and prosperous downtown for everyone.
