DBA Volunteer Waiver
In submitting this, I understand the nature of this volunteer position and that, while the function(s) of this role are not likely to cause injury, I will not hold the Downtown Bremerton Association (DBA), its sponsors, or partners responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur while participating in this role as a DBA volunteer. I understand that I am to follow all rules and instructions provided to me by DBA leadership.
I also grant permission to the DBA to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purposes.
